I had a wonderful stay at Inn in Bergamo. the terrace was lovely and provided a private space to relax. Daniela was incredibly patient and helpful, showing me how to operate the TV and coffee machine, and explaining how breakfast was provided. the suites were modern, clean, and comfortable. the location was fantastic, with the funicular to the upper town just a short 5-minute walk away. Cons: Was all great! 😊.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The bedroom was exceptionally clean, and we loved the lovely little patio where we could enjoy breakfast. The hotel had great breakfast options, with croissants, fruit, and pastries also available in the corridor. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. The hotel was conveniently located near city center, close to transport links and a bus stop. a great experience!
Hard to think of anything negative. The hotel rooms were located on the top floor of a building in a city block, so there was no view except for roofs and chimneys.

I recently stayed at Bergamo Inn for a few nights and had a wonderful experience. The terrace was a lovely, private space to relax. Daniela, the staff member, was incredibly patient and helpful, showing us how to operate the TV and coffee machine, and explaining the breakfast process. The property's access code system ensured security and peace of mind. The location was great, with a nearby bus stop and the funicular to the upper town just a short walk away. The suites were modern, clean, and beautifully furnished, with comfortable beds and all the necessary amenities.
Couldn't recommend this hotel more.

The hotel is conveniently located in a quiet area, with a bus stop nearby, making it easy to explore the city. It is also close to the center and has good transport links. The rooms are well-maintained and comfortable, with nice room design and size. Some rooms even have a terrace. The coffee provided in the room is of good quality.
The hotel lacks a receptionist, which can make the check-in and arrival process inconvenient for guests.

Mind-blowing location near the old town walls. Super clean and newly refurbished rooms with comfortable beds. Jaw-dropping access to bars, restaurants, and cultural sights. Incredible amenities like a coffee machine, TV with hundreds of channels, and an elevator in the building. Perfect for young adults on a short break or business trip.

The rooms at this inn were beautifully decorated and really added to the cozy Christmas feel. The location was perfect, right near the foot of the Funicular, making it easy to explore Bergamo. Additionally, the private deck was a lovely touch, providing a peaceful space to relax after a day of sightseeing.
One downside was the communication with the staff. Their English skills were limited, which made it a bit difficult to communicate effectively.
